Exchanges & Returns

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. If you want to cancel or change anything about an order and get a full refund you will need to do it before your order is dispatched.

You have a legal right to cancel a contract which starts from the date we confirm your order which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been dispatched/delivered to you, we apologise but at this stage it is too late to cancel your contract.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns or queries related to this.

Faulty goods / In the event of a damaged parcel. We are very sorry if the products you looked forward to receiving have arrived damaged. We do our best to pack them safely, but even the most lovingly prepared parcel can get dropped or knocked around en route. If you report it within 24 hours of receiving it we will offer you an exchange where possible, or a full refund.

If an exchange is necessary this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge.

Within this time scale we will replace defective goods free of charge, at our discretion.

If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.

Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to me.
